Problems with WildBlue ISP

You may have some problems accessing your control panels and webmail when using Internet Explorer. Our best solution is to recommend you use the Fire Fox browser, instead.

In Firefox, you still may need to remove the Wildblue Optimizer Software before you can access cPanel.

  1. In Firefox, clear the cookies.
  2. Close Firefox.
  3. Uninstall the Wildblue Optimizer Software from your computer.
  4. Restart your computer (recommended).
  5. Start Firefox.
  6. Login to cPanel.
