I'm not sure how to interpret the above instructions. You say in relation to if we need assistance with affiliate matters we can only use "[email protected]" but in the pink shaded area directly above where I am typing there is a statement "If you have read our knowledgebase and still have questions or need more information, please contact us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. This seems contradictory. Which statement should we follow??

Using the worst case example if I sign 10 people a month how can you pay me $75.00 for this customer when you only make about $60. assuming they were $5.00/ mt customers?
